NEW! - Creative Kids Corner
Join us this summer, beginning in July, for a new and exciting program for children at the Fredericton Region Museum!
Everyday the museum will have a drop-in craft table set up in the Orientation Room. Children can come into the museum and place a loonie ($1) into a jar and can make their own museum-themed craft! Supplies and instructions will be left on the craft table, and children can make their craft at their own pace to take home with them.
Parents are asked to stay nearby in case of emergency and to help younger children with the activities. Feel free to take this opportunity to explore our museum galleries. Parents need to be reachable by either staying in the museum, or providing the staff with a telephone number if you leave the property.
So come take a stroll downtown and stop in at the York Sunbury Museum and take a time-out with the family. You can explore the museum while the kids make their own unique craft for just a loonie! Hope to see you here!
